Building on this foundation, Lisa Davies leads the company as Owner and Chief Executive Officer. Lisa joined C&C Realty in 2005 and became a co-owner in 2015, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the housing and property management industry. Her career began in 1998 and includes experience in both competitive multi-family rental markets and affordable housing programs, providing a strong foundation in operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Lisa's leadership is grounded in hands-on operational experience and a coaching-based management style. Beginning on the front lines of property management and stepping into leadership roles early in her career, she built a strong leadership foundation through hands-on team management and mentoring. Her approach emphasizes accountability, professional development, and empowering teams to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Under Lisa's leadership, C&C Realty Management has expanded its portfolio from approximately 200 units to more than 1,300 units across 55 properties throughout the State of Maine, serving multiple property owners and housing programs.
