C&C Realty Management was established in 2002 by Cathie Whitney. Her commitment to promoting professional property management was evidenced through her longstanding and various roles in the industry with Maine State Housing Authority and Maine Real Estate Managers Association. Cathie is now retired, and has created a legacy that will take C&C to the next level. The current Owner/CEO is Lisa Davies. Lisa has worked in the housing industry since 1998. She joined C&C Realty in 2005, and also became co-owner of the company in 2015. Bringing with her a background from competitive multi-family rental markets in Florida, she has worked in all phases of Property Management including extensive experience on the front line. Lisa's experience demonstrates the ability to achieve portfolio growth through maximizing performance, achieving high occupancy levels.
